Smart Flammable Atmosphere (Gas) Detectors Detecting Risk Before Fire Occurs

Smart flammable gas detectors provide early detection of thermal fluid leaks at pumps, identifying the presence of a flammable atmosphere before ignition. Critical outputs trigger alarms and alerts, enabling intervention before a fire occurs. Alerts can be sent directly to smart devices where required.

Mechanical Seal Leak Detection Identifying Failure Early

Mechanical seal leak detection monitors the rate of change of leakage, providing early warning when leakage rates increase. If a hot fluid release occurs, critical alarm outputs are generated ahead of flammable atmosphere formation, allowing action to be taken before conditions escalate.

Pump Deluge System Automated Fire Suppression and Cooling

The Pump Guardian deluge system is a unique innovation within the industry and part of TFS’s patented technology. On fire detection, an environmentally friendly foam deluge is deployed at the pump to extinguish the fire, cool bearings, and prevent re-ignition. The system also stops the pumps and provides critical alarm outputs.
