TFS Americas welcomes Margaret Hicks to the team

TFS continues to expand its range of pioneering thermal fluid management analysis and management systems, making industrial and manufacturing plants safer, more efficient, and more productive. Issues that are becoming increasingly important given the upwards trajectory of fuel prices and climate control imperatives.

As a result, we’re attracting a surge of interest from businesses around the world.

So, we’re delighted to welcome Margaret Hicks as Operations and Customer Satisfaction Coordinator to the TFS Americas team. Based in Texas, she is responsible for ensuring our growing customer base continues to receive the excellent levels of service on which TFS Americas has built its reputation.

Energetic, highly organised and a strong team player, Margaret joined the team in February and is already getting to know our customers. She says:

‘I think it’s important not to make assumptions about what customers want but instead to listen to what they need and make sure we’re organised to deliver that.’

Margaret previously worked as a bookkeeper for a national truck wash business, Blue Beacon, where she was responsible for daily deposits and office management.  She is also a student at the University of North Texas where she studies Political Science and Legal Studies.

The role at TFS caught her attention because of the business’s high growth potential and the variety of work her role would involve.

‘I like to be busy, to push myself and get results and although we’re a relatively small team now, our growth plans are ambitious. My role has a real impact on the business’s ability to achieve its objectives by helping our customers achieve theirs.’

When she’s not working or studying, Margaret can be found playing ultimate frisbee for The University of North Texas women’s ultimate team as well as various club teams.
