TFS welcomes Lorna Inness as Client Services Executive

In direct response to growing demand for TFS’ products and services, we’re delighted to announce the appointment of Lorna Inness as Client Services Executive in the UK.

With a wealth of customer-facing management experience gained across a range of sectors, Lorna will provide administrative support to our busy Managing Director, Richard Franklin.  She is also responsible for maintaining excellent levels of service for our customers (new and existing), liaising with them to arrange site visits and thermal fluid testing, as well as responding to any queries, questions or concerns as they arise.

One of Lorna’s ongoing projects will be to streamline our customer management processes to ensure we’re operating as efficiently as possible, enabling us to focus on doing what we do best: helping you manage your thermal fluids effectively, safely and efficiently. 

Lorna will also be the first point of contact for our PACT™ Partner Programme – a proactive and continually evolving thermal fluid management programme, tailored to the specific characteristics and needs of our customers’ operations.

Energetic and straight-talking, Lorna loves a challenge and she’s unphased by the technical nature of the business. She says:

Tenacious and fearless, Lorna has recently returned to the UK from Thailand where she travelled extensively before settling on the island of Koh Tao where she lived for a year. Now settled in Buxton with her young family and bulldog puppy, Mabel, Lorna is excited about the future.

The TFS team works extremely hard to improve site safety and efficiency for its customers which in turn reduces energy costs and carbon emissions, and that’s an ethos I can throw myself into. I am excited to be using my customer relationship management experience to help TFS sustain the high growth it has experienced in recent years.”
